This policy describes what this website actually does, not what a template assumes it does. Everything in the first section was measured on the live site on 13 September 2026 and can be checked in any browser’s developer tools.

The short version

This site sets no cookies. Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not any.
There is no form on this site. Nothing here asks you to type anything, so nothing you type here can be stored.
There are no accounts, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no shopping cart.
There are no advertising or social tracking pixels — no Google Analytics, no Google Ads tag, no Meta pixel.
Page views are counted in aggregate, without cookies, by Cloudflare.
We only hold personal information about you if you contact us or order a garment.

Who we are

The Boss Tailor is a bespoke tailor working in Bangkok, Thailand. We do not operate a public shop; fittings take place at your hotel, office or residence.

You can reach us on +66 91 105 1152, by phone or on WhatsApp. That is the same number used for every enquiry, and it is the number to use for anything in this policy.

What this website collects on its own

Delivery and security logs. This site is hosted by Hostinger and served through Cloudflare. Like every website, their servers record the request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. That happens before the page reaches you and is how the site is delivered and protected from attack. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Cookieless page counting. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on this site. It counts page views and reports them to us in aggregate. It does not set a cookie, does not store an identifier on your device, and does not follow you to other websites.

Links that leave this site. Pages here link to Google (for reviews and the map listing) and to WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to either of them until you click. Once you do, you are on their service and their privacy terms apply instead of this one.

What we collect when you contact us or order

This is the part that matters, and it happens away from the website:

Your name and contact number, so we can arrange a fitting and tell you when a garment is ready.
An address for the visit — the hotel, office or home where you want to be measured and fitted.
Your measurements. We record them in centimetres and keep them on file so that you can reorder later without being measured again, including from abroad. This is a normal part of how bespoke tailoring works, and it is the most personal information we hold.
What you ordered, so the order can be made, altered and reordered.

We do not take card or bank details through this website. Payment is arranged with you directly.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), we rely on:

Performing the contract you asked for — we cannot make a garment to your measurements without recording them, and cannot deliver it without knowing where you are.
Our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure, for the server and network logs described above.

Who else sees it

Hostinger, who host the site, and Cloudflare, who deliver and protect it. Both process the technical logs described above on our behalf.
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there. Anything you send by WhatsApp is handled under their terms as well as ours.
Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Reviews and photographs on this site

The reviews quoted on this site were written by customers on Google and Tripadvisor, and are shown with the photographs those customers attached to them. Every one links back to the original review, which lives on a platform we do not control. We did not collect them from you privately and we do not add reviews that cannot be checked at the source.

If a review or a photograph is yours and you would rather it did not appear here, tell us on the number above and we will remove it from this site.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
delete it, including your measurements, where we are not required to keep it;
stop using it, or object to a particular use;
withdraw consent where we relied on your consent.

Ask on +66 91 105 1152. We will not charge you for asking. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

How long we keep it

Measurements and order records are kept for as long as they remain useful to you as a returning customer, because reordering from a record is the reason they exist. Ask us to delete them and we will. Server and analytics logs are kept for the limited period our hosting and Cloudflare retain them, which is set by those providers rather than by us.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Garments are frequently made for families, including children, at the request of a parent and with a parent present.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does changes — if a contact form is added, or analytics that use cookies — this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
